This makes me wonder to what extent this is all driven by old fashioned money, the buying of intelligence, or rather to what extent is driven by pure ignorance, the result of operational laziness and sloppiness. Of course Chinese are always looking for a way in. The question is, did they buy it or just slip in through a door someone stupidly left open?
