Whist writing a new book on the Conspiracy Theorist vilification phenom, i came across this ORG: AECOM

They were contracted by ASIO (Aus's CIA) to oversee the building of their new HQ. During the building process, in 2013, every possible bit of info you could wish for re the layout/communications/everything was acquired by the CCP.

Typical unaccountable spy org, no details of the hack were officially released - it wouldn't even be known except for whistleblowers. The leak came from one of the companies working on the HQ - there were only three main ones that might have access to the blueprints. Of those three, AECOM seems particularly suss:

Originally an oil company with ties to Saudi Arabia (Ashfield Oil)

Involved in Belt & Road projects galore

Has a HQ in Shanghai

Ripped-off Hurricane Katrina aid

They're all disturbing but the last one reminds me of a point Dan made about never supporting the death penalty coz of the double-standards between rich & poor committing virtually the same crimes but getting different punishments.
