In fact it says: 1.8 per cent of over-18s are up to date. 9.6% of over 65s are fully compliant with health authority recommendations, which swells the figure, so for under 65s it's like less than one percent that are listening to the experts.

Amazing the difference when you don't lose your job coz you're not up to date. Basically, it means the vast majority of the pop were coerced.
