Does seem they're predicting a big-one - like any tick of the clock ...

With the 'rigorous monitoring' - wonder if that means the prediction will become more refined?

Had a quick review of 921 - didn't see any mention of precursor-shocks such as what we saw in the SE recently. I think 921 came pretty much out of the blue, right?
