Australian Cyclone Season 2020 (Weather)

Cyclone Uesi was modelled to roll down the south east coast of Australia, That was always improbable and turns out it won't happen but it is going to go over Lord Howe Island which is 600km off shore and also surprisingly well south for a cyclone. Rated a cat 3, it will drop to Cat 2 by the time it gets there. Eventually forecast to end up in the south island of NZ - not as a cyclone but still the same system.

Meanwhile it is whipping up the surf. In Taiwan people have long been wary of beach frontage properties but they are still some of the most expensive real estate in Australia and US. Wouldn't like to have my life savings invested in one now though.
