There have already been some low pressures that have caused flooding in qld, a smallish cyclone on the WA north coast, but now it looks like the season is set to crank it up. We'll see if an extreme summer of heat triggers a big cyclone season.

This is the 'windy' image for 10 days ahead - if that happens then, similar to last year, it will be a big cyclone wandering well south of where they're meant to go.
