Dry October - Again (Weather)

by dulan drift ⌂, Thursday, October 24, 2013, 07:56 (4049 days ago)

Following on from last year's dry october, this year looks like being even worse. Just 20 mmm so far and nothing forecast for the rest of the month. The last rain was in early oct - so we are now up to three weeks without rain. The average for oct in taidong is 182 mil. Combined with massive dbjf every day and everything is really drying out. Seems to be same problem as last year with most typhoons recurving east of us. Last year we were saved by above ave falls in nov - hoping for the same again - otherwise we might be in for a serious drought.
