Well, I guess they had wished they'd done their normal 30% chance of rain today! It's raining buckets at the moment, and they had a 0% chance of rain.

yeah, with that low going through the ppe, there's always a chance of some shrapnel hitting the east coast, so 0% was silly. Though it was very isolated. drove into TD and it was dry once you got past shan yuan.

CWB's forecast for the north east coast for Fri night - Sat is: 'cloudy with occasional showers'. A slight understatement i would have thought considering a major typhoon is predicted to make a direct hit in that area.

Another case of falling asleep at the wheel by CWB. The night before last they had us at 0% and we had few mil - today they have us at 30%. How could anyone look at that radar pic and say there was only 30% pop? In fact we have had 30 mil.
