10% chance of rain? (Weather)

CWB is saying 10% chance of rain for taidong, but looking at that radar image, it would have to be more than that, surely.

Turned out to be a very intense storm cell, that's still lingering, even though it didn't quite make it this far up the east coast - nothing more than a few drops in XC. Light rain in TD city.
10% chance of rain?
I thought it was interesting how the CWB changed it's 10% prediction to 70% after it had started raining.
It looks like we might eventually get something out of that low east of the Philippines.

Yeah, i guess someone finally looked out the window.
There were some big totals associated with that cell. 340 ml in your old stomping ground.
That low to the south east does seem to be gathering itself together - though i don't think it's our cat 5 - the big ones seem to assert themselves a bit quicker.
