24 hours ago this system seemed like a nothing burger because it was well south of us moving west. Now it's taken a turn to the EAST which I think is a bit unusual. It's still 6 degrees north of the equator, so at some point it should do a u-turn and head back in our direction, but now it's in a position where if it does develop, it could pose a threat. What a difference a day makes.
