acid rain in Taiwan (General)

Yes, that is disturbing. I'm surprised Kaohsiung's numbers aren't more acidic. I'm not familiar with Taipei at all, but we did spend a year in Hsinchu, and it had that grimy, gray, somewhat dead look.

I hear a lot of people in Taiwan say that you should where a hat while in acid rain because it will make your hair fall out, but my question is always, if that's true, why don't we see more bald dogs?
