Not sure of the value of these forecasts but basically they're saying 'normal' with 3-5 typhoons to impact Taiwan.

Meiyu was highest in 7 years though that reflects a lean 7 years more than anything as it was still within in the normal range

El Nino in effect which is meant to result in moderate temps.
