Update on the road closure. Seems a substantial section of the ocean side lane from the Su Hwa (no. 9) rd fell down the cliff and into the sea yesterday. Luckily, no-one was injured. The unusual/frightening thing is that it happened on a day without rain, or without heavy rain at least. It occured at the 115.8 km mark (which is up towards Su-Ao where the two buses went off last year, and is expected to close the road for at least a week. Glad i did my furniture run to Taipei last week.
