Typhoon Jebi (Weather)

Well this is interesting. We're in northern Japan, and we can feel Jebi already. The interesting thing is that it's about 20C. I've never really experienced a typhoon under these conditions. Southern Japan has certainly had its share of weather events this year.

The big rain is forecast to hit our neighborhood in about 3-4 hours. It's been very nice and breezy out all day. You know that horrible, pre-typhoon stagnant heat we get in Taiwan? We didn't get that here. Just breeze, odd fog, and fast moving clouds.

Some crazy pictures coming out. How did you go with the rain in the end?

Meanwhile fine and sunny in the south of France

South of France ehe? Rough life. We're hoping to get back to Portugal next year but we'll see how that goes.

Just some wind here and a bit of rain, nothing dramatic. That's quite a picture.

More pictures at http://url.site25.net/74 including the one below. Wow, Kansai is going to be out of action for a while. That's going to drastically affect air travel in E. Asia.
