<title>6.3 in nantou</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>very noticable here - had that sense of strength to it and went on for a while - not like the small local ones that are often just a single jolt. wasn&#039;t surprised to see it was a big one somewhere else. <br />
Seemed to happen in the mountains, which would be less populated, but very shallow at 10k. Any reports of damage or casualties?</p>
