i assume they couldn't take down an adult venomous snake, but maybe eat the young - which is still useful. anyway, looks like they are breeding on your property - hope to see you post some snake pornography soon.

Yea, good question. One friend pointed out that these snakes are beneficial in the sense that they will eat venomous snakes, in addition to, one would assume, rats. They must be at the top of the food chain on this property after us, and I'm not even sure about the 'after us'.
