<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yea, good question. One friend pointed out that these snakes are beneficial in the sense that they will eat venomous snakes, in addition to, one would assume, rats. They must be at the top of the food chain on this property after us, and I&#039;m not even sure about the &#039;after us&#039;.</p>
