They cleared this area before the surf contest, and a worker told me it was for 'parking', which was a laugh. Nobody parked there. They put the wall around it after the contest, so something is going on. I just wish I'd gotten a picture of this area before they cleared it. It was all natural vegetation. There's a lesson there somewhere.
