<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The mei yu front would act as a barrier to it coming here you would think, though it will be interesting to see what affect it has on the mei yu - if it was south of us then it would add some serious juice to it, but east, i&#039;m not sure what will happen.</p>

<title>Storm 94W</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>94W has shifted its track slightly in a westward direction. It looks like it will either shoot north and dissipate or, in an increasingly possible scenario, follow a strong western path, hugging the ICZ. I still think the odds of 94W coming anywhere near Taiwan are slim.</p>
