<p>40 mil! Over 12 hours. Which caused a stream to break its banks and &quot;trapped hundreds in a shopping mall&quot;.</p>

<p>In Taiwan, 40 mil is nothing due to the extensive drainage systems there - wonder if the advent of extreme weather is going to catch out a lot of countries in terms of their infrastructure for dealing with it?</p>
