<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it&#039;s going to hit -7C tonight, which is cold, but it&#039;s nothing to people who live in really cold places. The weird thing about this area is that we get weather from all directions, much like a small island, peninsula, Florida, and Taiwan for that matter, but very unlike a coastal location on a large continent. So it&#039;s interesting weather. Japan is very interesting meteorologically speaking. Tonight, it&#039;s doing the exact same thing it was in that video I posted earlier, but it&#039;s not always like that. Sometimes it&#039;s just fucking cold. And sometimes it&#039;s cold with wind. And sometimes it&#039;s not snow, but freezing rain, or rain that freezes on impact, or something in between that I&#039;m sure Eskimos have a word for. </p>
<p>There&#039;s a reason I moved to the tropics so many years ago. I will return.</p>
