new jtwc track has it stalling and then heading more our way.
meanwhile, they've got the real thing going in the north of aus. cat 4 landfall that is then going to creep slowly down the coast - looks serious.

It's still kind of existing in some form - they must be getting sick to death of it ppe. Looks like it's finally moved across and we could be a chance of picking up a few showers from it tomorrow as it gets to the west of ppe and start to line up with the outflow slipstream.
